ImmerSonic Scanning System

Description: ImmerSonic is a high- quality ultrasonic system dedicated to carry out non-destructive immersion inspections. The basic version of the system is equipped with a three-axis scanning arm, but on customer’s request it can be supplied with two additional axes, allowing for rotation of the probe around the selected axis. ImmerSonic can be used to inspect components and structures such as metal alloys and composite materials. ImmerSonic consists of an automated scanning arm capable to move in three axes, a desktop computer equipped with a data acquisition module and an tank in the aluminum frame which allows to immerse tested elements in the liquid in order to provide adequate coupling.ImageScan is a dedicated software that allows detailed analysis of data collected during the inspection and the ability to export and report. The software has a special mode dedicated to inspection of porous structures and composite materials.
