Description: Steadily careful to meet the farmers’ needs worldwide, we developed a wide range of modular fiberglass shelters for calves. Our huts for external use resist to ultraviolet rays, their reinforced fiberglass bodies reflect sunlight by their white color: for temperate countries we even manufacture colors which are perfectly integrated with the surrounding environment, while the thermal properties of fiberglass frame keep an ideal temperature at all latitudes and the smooth surface of the fiberglass shelter prevents bacterial growth harmful to the animals’ health. Our boxes are equipped with hot- dip galvanized steel fences and accessories on request to accommodate from one to 16 calves, ensuring the welfare of their nutrition, health and hygiene of their housing. The whole mechanical structure is extremely durable ( more than 20 years lifetime), practical, light, can be easily assembled and entirely removable in order to make the calves’ motions easier. The hot- dip galvanized steel fencing slides on wheels over side rails to move the calf, while the metallic frame overturns for cleaning: both fiberglass and steel parts show high mechanical strength. Fiberglass box for 5 calves: Our reinforced fiberglass shelters for 5 calves offer a long lifetime – more than 20 years -, their thermal properties reflect the sunlight and ensure the comfort, health and animal welfare; then our fiberglass shelter has a smooth surface for easy cleaning and maintenance is done in ideal conditions. Both fiberglass and metallic parts show high mechanical strength, the hot- dip galvanized steel fencing easily unfolds on wheels and might be locked to move the calves, while feeders hay-racks and a steel frame for back window ventilation complete the calves’ equipment. To use the whole area of 15 m² for 16 calves the fiberglass is made in three homogenous bodies, our reinforced fiberglass shells are coated in and out, showing a steel strengthening frame on front and two chimneys on top for fresh air exchange.
